Hiring Guidelines:

High School Graduate

At Least 21 years of age

Team player with a positive attitude

Able to type 40 wpm with a 80% accuracy

Must be able to do a mandatory Orientation/Sit in observation in dispatch

Must be extremely proficient on a computer

Possess a valid drivers license

Pass a 911 Telecommunicator Hiring Test with a minimum passing grade

Be able to pass a background check, physical exam and drug testing and Psych Evaluation

Preference will be given to Experienced Telecommunicators
